DLLS Texas Rangers Podcast: As MLB hot-stove heats up, Rangers coaches on the burner

The World Series is two days away, and until it’s over, don’t expect to hear much baseball news. The commissioner doesn’t like it when a team takes the spotlight away from the postseason. But that doesn’t mean teams can’t work toward a key hire, which is what the White Sox are doing in regard to hiring their next manager. They have spoken with two coaches on the staff Texas Rangers manager Bruce Bochy — Will Venable and Donnie Ecker. Wednesday was also the one-year anniversary of the Rangers’ Game 7 win in the American League Championship Series. Corey Seager hit a first-inning homer and showed some emotion. Adolis Garcia hit two homers.
