The winter meetings begin Sunday and run through Wednesday in Dallas. The Texas Rangers still hope to re-sign Nathan Eovaldi. While they might not do it at the Hilton Anatole, some recent signings might have set the market for Eovaldi. A three-year deal might be needed, and the Rangers should do it. They also hope to sign bullpen help and an outfielder, and don’t forget about Roki Sasaki. If the Rangers get a chance to meet with him, they have a chance to sign him.
