Texas Rangers Marcus Semien offense

The Texas Rangers returned from the road Sunday night with an offense that rates as the lowest-scoring team in baseball, with the second-fewest walks and second-worst on-base percentage. The only way they can go is up, and it starts with Adolis Garcia and Marcus Semien. The Rangers did have 10 hits Sunday in their 3-2 loss to the Giants, and nine of those came with two strikes. The Rangers continue to waste quality pitching and force the pitching staff to pitch with no margin for error. The rotation for the A’s series at Globe Life Field begins with left-hander Patrick Corbin, who will be followed by Jacob deGrom, Nathan Eovaldi and Tyler Mahle. The bullpen has been good, and Hoby Milner has emerged as a trusted arm.
