The Texas Rangers opened a three-game series at Minnesota on Tuesday, and they did so feeling pretty good about their weekend in Washington and some positive signs from the offense. Marcus Semien continues to hit, and Evan Carter and Jake Burger have entered the chat as well. The Rangers aren’t concerned about Corey Seager, who was in an 0-for-25 funk, but they need others like Wyatt Langford and Adolis Garcia to start hitting as well. The Twins might give the Rangers a chance to stay hot as Minnesota deals with injuries in its rotation. Speaking of pitching injuries, Nathan Eovaldi is still expected to be back soon despite some concern that his triceps issue might linger longer.
