The Dallas Stars extended their point streak to five games (3-0-2), but had their three-game winning streak come to an end tonight with a 2-1 overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning at Benchmark International Arena. Tyler Seguin played in his 1,000th career NHL game, Adam Erne scored his first goal as a Dallas Star and Jake Oettinger shined, stopping 30-of-32 shots on the night. Brandon Hagel scored a second period power play goal for Tampa Bay and Anthony Cirelli scored the game-winner on a breakaway in overtime. Andrei Vasilevskiy made 20 saves on 21 shots to record the victory.
