Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg scored 15 of his 23 points in the third quarter, the most he has scored in any quarter this season.
However, the Kings scored 28 points off Dallas’ 21 turnovers to beat the Mavericks 113-107 on Saturday.
P.J. Washington bounced back with 17 points and four blocks.
Kings guard Russell Westbrook tied a season high by making five 3-pointers. He finished with 21 points, five rebounds and nine assists.
Despite the loss, the Mavericks have now played a league-high 25 clutch games and are 10-15 in those situations. Anthony Davis did not play in the game and the Mavs fall to 4-13 without him.
Dallas has lost six straight road games and will look to bounce back Monday against the Portland Trail Blazers.
