The Dallas Stars rallied from 1-0 and 3-2 deficits to force overtime, but they lost to the Montréal Canadiens 4-3 Sunday afternoon at American Airlines Center. Lane Hutson scored the game-winner in 3-on-3 overtime, capping off a game where Montréal received goals from Brendan Gallagher, Oliver Kapanen and Juraj Slafkovský. The OT loss extends Dallas’ winless streak to five games (0-2-3), as they have not won a game since December 21 vs. Toronto. Wyatt Johnston scored two goals and Mavrik Bourque also lit the lamp, but it would not be enough to propel the Stars to victory.
