Wyatt Johnston scored his NHL-leading 23rd power play goal of the season, breaking Dino Ciccarelli’s Stars/North Stars single-season franchise record, but the Vegas Golden Knights spoiled the party by defeating the Dallas Stars 3-2 on Sunday night at American Airlines Center. Johnston’s record-setting power play goal came in the first period, followed by a Justin Hryckowian goal to give Dallas a 2-1 lead.
