STARS POSTGAME: Wyatt Johnston Plays OT Hero As Stars Rally To Beat Flame 4-3

Wyatt Johnston scored his second goal of the night, and his NHL-leading 26th power play goal of the season, as he lifted the Dallas Stars to a 4-3 overtime win over the Calgary Flames on Tuesday night at American Airlines Center. Justin Hryckowian opened the scoring in the second period, but the Flames answered with three-straight goals. Joel Farabee and Yegor Sharangovich tallied goals in the middle frame and Zayne Parekh notched a power play goal early in the third period for a 3-1 Calgary lead. Johnston scored his 42nd goal of the season in quick reply, followed by Jason Robertson scoring his 41st goal of the year to tie the game at 3-3. Robertson took a cross check to the face from Ryan Strome, yielding a four-minute double minor power play. After multiple scoring chances, it was Johnston scoring his second goal of the night, and 43rd of the year, to get the game-winner on the power play in overtime.
