The Minnesota Wild scored three times in the second period of Game 1 and never looked back, beating the Dallas Stars 6-1 to take a 1-0 series lead Saturday at American Airlines Center. Matt Boldy (2 goals, 1 assist), Kirill Kaprizov (1 goal, 2 assists) and Mats Zuccarello (3 assists) all had three point games, while Joel Eriksson Ek scored two power play goals and Ryan Hartman has two points (1 goal, 1 assist) to pace the Minnesota offense. Jason Robertson scored the lone Dallas goal on a second period power play, which at the time cut the Wild lead to 4-1, but that was as close as the Stars would get in game.
