The Plano City Council unanimously approved four items at Monday night’s meeting, marking the first steps towards a newly proposed marriage between the Dallas Stars and City of Plano on developing a billion-dollar arena and entertainment district at The Shops at Willow Bend. Included in last night’s presentation were three renderings, our first look at what a brand new Stars arena in Plano might look like. We will discuss what this means and the next steps in a long process ahead.
