DLLS Dallas Stars podcast - Curtis Mckenzie

Former Dallas Star and current Texas Stars captain Curtis McKenzie joins the show today! We will talk to Curtis about his decision to sign another one-year American Hockey League contract with Texas, returning for his 14th professional season, his 11th with the Stars organization. McKenzie was drafted by Dallas in the sixth round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft and has appeared in 99 career NHL games, all with the Stars, along with 725 career AHL games and has over 500 career AHL points. He also won the 2014 Calder Cup with Texas during his rookie season, where he won the 2013-14 Dudley “Red” Garrett Memorial Award as the AHL’s Most Outstanding Rookie. We will also get a What The Puck breakdown from Lud on last night’s Stanley Cup Final Game 4, as Carolina won 5-3 to even the series at 2-2 and touch on some NHL News & Notes, time permitting.
