Tim, any indication on why he refused to shop Doncic around? Even if he had decided Luka no longer fit into his vision, why did he take a deal that is so far below his actual trade value? Is there any excuse for not setting the team up with the best available package?

Even in an insane reality where trading Luka made any sense (such as him hinting he was going to leave), this package was absolutely unacceptable.

I’m reconciling this franchise no longer is the franchise of Dirk and the ethos of whatever was before. And I guess it took this trade to really cement that priorities and ways of thinking have shifted. I just didn’t think it should shift to Denethor burning his son alive levels.
