Leiter and Rocker will be given every opportunity because they were high draft picks that really need to pan out. And I hope they do. But Dunning is the obvious choice.

Spent the last week in Surprise, you are spot on with the Osuna assessment. Leiter appears to have taken another step and deserves a shot, though we will suffer through some “growth” days. Rocker will find it, but this version is not the guy we saw at seasons end. Dunning continues to regress, not sure what’s going on there. The one pitcher you didn’t mention that looks like he’s earned a spot is Patrick Murphy. Wish there was a roster spot for Blaine Crim, he would give some thump at DH vs lefties when Petersons out and other than Osuna, Smith made the most electric plays in the OF while I was there, so no need for that 5th OF.
