The Colorado Avalanche snapped a five-game home losing streak in the playoffs (at Ball Arena) to the Dallas Stars with a 4-0 win in Game 4 on Saturday night in Denver. The last time the Avalanche beat the Stars in Colorado in the playoffs was during the 2006 first round. The Avs received goals from Logan O’Connor, Nathan MacKinnon, Gabriel Landeskog and Samuel Girard, while Mackenzie Blackwood stopped all 23 shots he faced for his first career Stanley Cup playoff shutout.
