The Dallas Stars showed obvious signs of fatigue from beating the Los Angeles Kings last night and ultimately fell short to the Anaheim Ducks 3-1 tonight at Honda Center. Chris Kreider opened the scoring early in the second period and Beckett Sennecke doubled the lead midway through the third. Dallas had a late push when Roope Hintz scored a 6-on-5 extra-attacker goal with 2:12 left in regulation, but Jacob Trouba sealed the victory for the Ducks with a long-range empty net goal.
