The Carolina Hurricanes turned in a dominant performance as they raced out to a 5-1 lead after two periods and eventually took down the Dallas Stars 6-3 on Tuesday night at Lenovo Center. The loss extended the Stars’ winless streak to six games (0-3-3), their 10th regulation loss of the 2025-26 season. Jason Robertson led the Stars with a three-point (1 goal, 2 assists) and Mikko Rantanen had two points (1 goal, 1 assist) in his first game in Raleigh since being traded by Carolina to Dallas last March. For the Hurricanes, K’Andre Miller had two goals and an assist, Andrei Svechnikov posted four assists, Nikolaj Ehlers had three helpers, Seth Jarvis tallied a goal and an assist in his return from injury and Logan Stankoven scored his first career NHL goal against the Stars.
