Led by two goals from Miro Heiskanen, the Dallas Stars beat the Carolina Hurricanes 3-2 on Saturday night at American Airlines Center, snapping a four game winless streak. Mikko Rantanen finished the game with two assists and Sam Steel scored his first regular season NHL goal since February 28th, snapping a 29-game goal drought. Sebastian Aho and Jackson Blake scored the goals for Carolina, who were up 2-0 after the first period, but could not hold on to the lead. Jake Oettinger made 26 saves on 28 shots to record his fourth win of the season in goal for the Stars, while Brandon Bussi made 31 saves on 34 shots, but was tagged with his first career NHL loss.
