Today on our summer series “The Other 31” we focus on the Tampa Bay Lightning, with special guest Dave Mishkin – the Lightning radio play-by-play announcer. Tampa had another strong season in 2024-25, finishing with the third-best record in the Eastern Conference racking up 102 points and earning second place in the Atlantic Division. Their reward? Getting trounced in five games by the defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers in the first round – and, of course, the Panthers would go on to win their second-straight championship.
