DLLS Texas Rangers Podcast: The road to the playoffs continues with key series vs. Astros

Even after consecutive losses at Arizona, the Texas Rangers are in the thick of the wild-card race. Up next is a six-game homestand against two first-place teams, the Astros and the Brewers. The Astros series is critical to the Rangers’ playoff chances. At a minimum, they need to win the three-game series and have a winning homestand. After the Brewers series, the Rangers play at the Mets and at the Astros. Jack Leiter, who pitched so well on Wednesday, continues to pitch well, and his development in his first full MLB season has been important for the Rangers this season and for the future.
