The Texas Rangers dropped two of the three games over the weekend at Detroit, with the offense no-showing Saturday and Sunday after scoring five times Friday in the series opener.
The Texas Rangers lost another series, this time at Detroit. The offense scored five times in the series-opening win Friday but only one run in each of the weekend losses. A team can only give the opposing pitchers so much credit. At some point, things need to change, and perhaps the Rangers will consider some changes to rejuvenate the offense. Too many hitters have gone cold. Really, Josh Jung is the only hot hitter. The rotation didn’t have a great performance at Detroit, either.
