DLLS Texas Rangers Podcast: Major 2025 impact expected from Jacob deGrom

The Texas Rangers are expected to have a healthy Jacob deGrom in their 2025 starting rotation, and the two-time Cy Young winner is the best pitcher in the majors when he’s right. That comes from mlb.com, which tagged deGrom as one of the eight players who will define the 2025 baseball season. The Rangers hope to get 20-25 starts from him, and they also hope to sign a closer and for Adolis Garcia’s swing to be quicker. And don’t forget Tyler Mahle, who, like deGrom, is coming off of Tommy John surgery and expected to make an impact in the starting rotation.
