The offseason is in full swing, and the Texas Rangers are busy. The truth is that they won’t be telling the media or fans most of what they’re doing. That doesn’t mean there isn’t some news. Top prospect Sebastian Walcott, for instance, has been sidelined in the Arizona Fall League because of arm fatigue. He is being evaluated and could return to action soon. He might also be done for the season if the arm doesn’t improve. Stay tuned. Also, five Rangers players were announced as finalists for Gold Gloves — shortstop Corey Seager, second baseman Marcus Semien, left fielder Wyatt Langford, right fielder Adolis Garcia and right-hander Jacob deGrom. Semien is among the Rangers players who could have big rebounds in 2026.
