The Toronto Blue Jays don’t have the same level of pitching as the Texas Rangers did this season, but, boy, their offense is phenomenal. Blue Jays hitters don’t strike out much, and putting the ball in play is their specialty. They have a complete offense, and the Rangers would be wise to follow that blueprint in 2026 as they attempt to return to the postseason. New manager Skip Schumaker says he wants Rangers hitters to do whatever the games asks them to do, not just look to hit the ball out over the fence. Productive outs, stolen bases and even sacrifice bunts, the Blue Jays do those things, and the Rangers will be asked to do the same next season.
